Services

SITS provides tax preparation services for individual tax returns. All tax preparation services require a signed engagement agreement before work begins. Clients must sign IRS Form 8879 (e-file Authorization) before we electronically file any tax return on their behalf.

Fees

Our fees for tax preparation services are disclosed prior to engagement. We charge a maximum of $600 per individual tax return. Specific fees are outlined in your engagement agreement and depend on the complexity of your return.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Review your completed tax return for accuracy before signing
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Verify your identity as required by IRS due diligence rules
• Maintain copies of your tax documents and filed returns

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific tax refund amounts or outcomes. Tax results depend on the accuracy of information provided and applicable tax laws. We prepare returns based on information you provide and cannot be held responsible for penalties or interest resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SITS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
