By accessing or using the Sharper Image Tax Services, LLC ("SITS") website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Services

SITS provides tax preparation services for individual and business tax returns. All tax preparation services require a signed engagement agreement before work begins. Clients must sign IRS Form 8879 before we electronically file an individual return. Business returns are signed by the client and filed by paper unless otherwise agreed in the engagement agreement.

Fees

Our fees are disclosed before engagement. Individual returns are $150, $300, or $600 depending on complexity. Business returns (Form 1065, 1120-S, 1120) are $300 for a single-state filing and $600 for a filing in two states. Returns filed in more than two states, whether individual or business, carry a $25 per additional state fee. $600 is our maximum fee for a return in two states or fewer requested before its original filing deadline; returns requested after the original deadline without an extension are subject to a 25% rush surcharge. Specific fees are confirmed in your engagement agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for tax preparation
• Review your completed tax return for accuracy before signing
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Verify your identity as required by IRS due diligence rules
• Maintain copies of your tax documents and filed returns

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific tax refund amounts or outcomes. Tax results depend on the accuracy of information provided and applicable tax laws. We prepare returns based on information you provide and cannot be held responsible for penalties or interest resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SITS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sharper Image Tax Services, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
